Clients get the best results from doing a combination of my Online Courses and private 1:1 private sessions. Clients that do any of my online trainings tend to need less private sessions (which makes it more cost effective overall). However if you would prefer to only do private sessions that is totally up to you - It is your journey and you will know what is best for you.
