  1. Accessing and Correcting your Personal Information

We have an obligation to keep your personal information up to date. If you would like to access or update any of the personal information SBI has collected through this Site you should email support@chalisamorrison.com.au with your request. We will respond to you within 30 days.

European Union Citizens have particular rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). These include the right to:

  • rectify any dataheld by us.
  • request us to erase your data.

SBI does not have an establishment in the EU. If you suffer damage as a result of our breach of the GDPR, you have the right to claim compensation through the courts in the Member State where you habitually reside. We are not required to pay compensation if SBI was not responsible for the event that caused the damage.
