Refund Policy

 

After purchasing a 'private sessions' coaching and therapy program from Chalisa Morrison, you can ask to stop your 'private sessions' program at any time and request a refund of unused hours; online courses are exempt from refunds.

My *standard refund policy is that a refund will be issued for unused 'private sessions' hours minus:

- All fees associated with the initial purchase (credit card, stripe or paypal fees) 

- An administration fee of $75

My standard refund policy does not apply when a refund is requested within the first three sessions of a program.  In these cases, a refund will be issued deducting:

- Appointments used by the client as charged at my standard hourly rates

- All fees associated with the initial purchase (credit card, stripe or paypal fees) 

- An administration fee of $75

A refund will not be given - my standard refund policy does not apply - when a refund is requested 12 months after your last appointment.

Private session programs will be void 24 months after purchasing. At Chalisa's discretion, clients can request for a credit of the value of unused hours (based on initial purchase hourly value minus admin fee and any fees associated with initial purchase) to be credited to the client to be used towards further purchases with Chalisa Morrison.

 

Online course purchases - from Love Me Up or Chalisa Morrison - are exempt from refunds; if you purchase an online course with Chalisa Morrison or Love Me Up, you are not entitled to a refund for any part of your purchase.
