Hi, I'm Chalisa.

For more than two decades, I've supported individuals and

couples to navigate life's challenges with greater awareness, compassion and connection.

As an Integrative Somatic Relationship & Communication Coach, I combine evidence-informed relationship therapy, communication coaching and nervous system regulation to help couples move beyond conflict and reconnect in meaningful, lasting ways.

My approach isn't about taking sides or deciding who's right or wrong.

It's about creating a space where both people feel heard, understood and safe enough to have the conversations that have often felt impossible at home.

Private retreats allow us to do this work without the interruptions of everyday life. Over one immersive weekend, we can slow everything down, understand what's really happening beneath the surface, and begin creating new ways of relating that feel more connected, honest and fulfilling.

Q: Can we prepare before the retreat?

A: Yes. Before your retreat, you'll complete a series of questionnaires and we'll meet individually online. These sessions help me understand your relationship, identify your goals, and tailor every aspect of the retreat specifically to you both.
