I’m Chalisa Morrison, an Couples Therapist & Communication Specialist with over 15 years’ experience supporting individuals and couples through challenging conversations, emotional disconnection, and periods of change.
My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed — blending communication coaching with somatic, body-based awareness to support emotional safety, clarity, and connection.
